The things that i liked about this class was that we would learn and explain ctr quotes.
The things i didn't like about this class was that we had to type a lot, its alright but tiring
In my opinion i think i did good in this class. The reason why think this is because i would do all of the student success statements and i would just cooperate with the instructions given
Yes, i am reading my life planning goals daily, because i want to see what i can accomplish
Yes, i am committed in being a ctr person because when i help people when they need help then some good things come in my way, its like somewhat getting rewarded plus you just feel good about choosing the right.
Something i learned in the class that should be passed on to other is treat people the way you want to be treated and and do what is right even in tough situations and just push yourself in doing better

For example, if you do really good in high school, you get good grades, you join in sports and activities then its most likely you will go to a really good university and you can get many scholarships by just going to school everyday and respecting people and doing all your assignments then later on you can get a high paying job. But if your in high school and you choose the wrong by doing drugs and mostly failing every class then the college or university would look in your record and they wouldn't like that so they wouldn't accept you because you will somewhat be a bad influence and like that you cant get a good career, its going to be difficult for you. If you choose the right then your path to success is easier and you will accomplish things that you've always wanted to do.

This statement means that the ultimate choice that is correct is to always choose the right no matter what situation it is. If you choose the right then good things come in your way. Your path of success for you can come easier because you wont have to struggle with anything. For example, when starting in high school you shouldn't full around in school because if your failing mostly every class especially in the Final Report Card then your going to have a lot of trouble trying to catch up in your studies and its going to be harder for you to graduate once your a senior. So by choosing the right like studying for every test, coming to school early, and turning in you assignments then it should be easy for you to be successful. Simply by just choosing the right you can accomplish and succeed anything that you've ever wanted to do. This is why you should have your own goals in mind to be aware of what you want to accomplish and if you don't then just be aware of the consequences your going to get.

This Chinese proverb means if people have a nice personality and caring attitude for other people then the world would be better and peaceful with no arguments nor fights. But on the other hand if people don't have nice character then the world would be a disaster and a mess with no people treating others right.

  Women with Migraine May Face Higher Threat Of Heart Disease

A current health related issue is women with migraines may face higher threat of heart disease, stroke. Migraines should be considered a marker for increased risk of cardiovascular disease at least in women. Men may be similarly affected. Migraines are headaches marked by intense throbbing or pulsing, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. For the study, researchers analyzed data on more than 116,000 U.S. women who took part in the Nurses' Health Study II. At the start of the study, the women were aged 25 to 42, free from heart disease and were followed from 1989 to 2011. 15% of the women had migraines, more than 1,300 women had a heart attack or stroke and 223 died from one of those conditions. About 39% women have a higher risk of getting a heart attack, 62% higher risk of getting a stroke and 73% higher risk of getting heart surgery. Dr, Rebecca Burch is an instructor and say that since it isnt known why there is apparent risk and what can be done to reduce it, Burch said her advice is not to make any changes to the treatment of people with migraine nut advising people to exercise and manage blood pressure.

I believe this quotes by Sophocles means that he would rather fail something than by winning from cheating. For example, if you had a test and you knew you didnt know it then thats your own problem for not studying but if you cheat and pass then at the same time you wouldnt feel good because you passed a test that you shouldnt have passed. You were the one that lacked in studying to get a good grade.

Memorial Day Weekend 

I really didn't do much in my memorial day weekend. All I did was sleepover my cousins house , we played video games and ate. But my family and I in general didn't go out as much due to the fact my brother had an incident . In which he was cutting shapes for a homework assignment and he slipped of his chair and he had cut his finger, It was a deep cut in other words a Laceration; a deep wound. Not only that his finger was hanging and he had a fracture in the same finger where the wound was at. So now we have to take care of him really good and now we have to be precautions in the things he does now so that nothing else horrible happens to him because if he has an infection then things can turn out worse. But a ctr experience that I did was help my little brother in anything he needed and help around the house.

This quote by Dan Dierdorf means that if you have certain types of good goals and if you pursue them by really trying to accomplish them and take many risks in order to make them happen then you would succeed because it was the right thing to do and you want to be ahead so you look for the best thing to do. But if you have wrong bad goals and accomplish them then bad things can come in your way because you knew that it wasn't the right thing to do so you will fail later on and not succeed.

Reflection: Yes, i would like to be one because if i were in there position i would want somebody to help me recover fast so that i can play again and continue what i had started.

I believe all of these 4 success tips mean that in order to accomplish your dream or goals then you have to be dedicated to it and work hard for it. It wont simply just come to you, you have to chase it in order for you to be or call it successful. For example, you want to be a pro soccer player , you cant just do anything and be a pro. You have to be dedicated to it, for example go to practice because you want to not because you are being forced to go and in order to take a step forward you try and try and do good in school, get good grades, graduate highschool and college, and eventually someday that hard work will pay off and you can get noticed and better things will come towards your path.

Snake on the Mountain

                        " You knew what i was when you picked me up."

Summary:

        What happened in this video was that an Indian decided to go on top of the mountain. So he went climbing on to mountains rock after rock. As soon as he got to the top he was proud but then he heard something crying for help. He turned around and it was a Rattlesnake. The snake told the Indian that he was cold and hungry and that he needed to get to the bottom to survive. The Indian resisted but the snake was so persuading, so the Indian had said okay because the snake said he was going to be special and that he wasn't going to hurt him. As soon as they went down the mountain he put the snake down and all of a sudden the snake attacked the Indian and said " you knew what i was when you picked me up." and the snake just slithered away. This is trying to say that don't be easily fooled by someone or something because maybe deep down them they actually want to cause or do something bad.

I Believe this quote by Theodore Roosevelt means if you have to do an honest and smart decision then what you have to do is choose the right action and saying. Don't make a decision that can later on turn into chaos, because soon it will come back and get you. For example, if somebody tells you to take a hit , you are going to want to choose the right so your going to say no i don't do those things then later one you feel proud of the choice you made, but if you do take it then you probably will regret it once you find out that it had damaged your insides. So in this position you will have to make the right decision.
